Sailboat for Sale

The last 9 months I've been doing some serious renovation jobs on a CNSO Mikado 56 Sailboat.
When I bought it it was in poor condition. I brought it up to a certain sea-worthyness. In total I invested about 185.000 € into this vessel (Invoices present).

It is up for sale now!

This beautiful CNSO bluewater sailboat is for sale. She has received 8 months of technical works, paint and some insulation. A budget of 185.000 € was spent on this project. The technical part only needs a couple of finishing touches.
The interior has been upgraded, but is not finished. It can be renovated to your personal liking. The kitchen, charting table/desk and toilet have been installed.

The sailboat is on the hard in the shipyard of Arzal, Bretagne, France, and is fitted with many technical and security features. She is ready to be put in the water again. I will be happy to assist you with learning the systems aboard.

The new systems are of high quality: Mastervolt Electricity, B&G instruments, new 94hp engine, flexofold 4-blade propellor, vetus bow thruster, all the technical parts have been refitted.

--- nouveau: 4 haubans, 2 pataras, étai de tranquette, étai de génoa, sous-barbe, rail facnor pour la grande voile, drisses, cordage,... soudage, réparage et metalisation de la delphinière. Pièces Harken prêt pour installer. Winch Harken installé,...---

COCKPIT:
5 new windows, 2 opening windows, teak steering wheel, b&g instruments radar, depth sounder, speed meter, temperature, navigation, gps screen, inlination, autopilot, vetus hydraulics, navtex, simarine,...)

ELECTRICAL - ELECTRIQUE:
2 solar panels on the cockpit roof, Mastervolt Lithium Battery 5500Ah, 1500w Mastervolt inverter, new electricity housings, breakers,... All old electricity has been removed, most has been replaced.

HULL - CARENE:
The hull has been cleaned, the paint removed. At the moment she has received two layers of epoxy primer and is ready to receive its anti-fouling (paint provided).
The hull has some osmosis, I had it checked by an expert. There is no serious problem, it's a maintenance thing. All throughhulls have been replaced with Trudesigns.

---La carène a été nettoyé, la painture enlevé. Pour le moment elle est paint avec du primaire époxy. Les peintures de antifouling sont déjà présent dans le voilier. Il y a un peu d'osmose, je l'ai laisser contrôler par un expert. C'est aucune problème. Tous les passe coques ont été changé avec des Trudesigns.

Security / Sécurité:
3 life buoys, hero survival raft, all the necessary instruments, with exception of epirb and sart.

All the above mentioned is only an example of the extended works that this vessel received. There has been done so much work, that I don't recall everything right now. But it will be my pleasure to give you all the necessary information on board.
I continue to work on the vessel until the time of sale. Even after the sale I'll be happy to assist you if needed.
The sailboat is very very well equiped, renovating the bedrooms would be a good idea imho.

--- Tout mentionnée ici dessus, est seulement un example des travaux exécuté. Le voilier a reçu tellement beaucoup de travail, je ne me rapelle pas tous, mais c'est avec plaisir que je peux vous donner tous les renseignements à bord.
Je continu a travailler au voilier, jusqu'au moment de la vente.
Même après la vente je peux vous assister si nécessaire.
Le voilier est super équipé, mais elle a besoin d'un peu d'amour pour lintérieur. ---
